SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs:
Germany:
Orders are charged a flat rate of €30 for shipping.
All orders within Germany are shipped via DPD / Deutsche Post. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery.

EU:
Orders are charged a flat rate of €40 for shipping.
All packages within the EU are shipped via DHL/FedEx. A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

All Other Countries:
Orders are charged a flat rate of €50 for shipping.
All packages outside the EU are shipped via DHL/FedEx. A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees may apply if they exceed the duty-free allowance. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may occur. Studio TouchyTouchy is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Packages cannot be marked as “gifts” for customs purposes.

Production:
All out-of-stock pieces are handmade by me; production may therefore take up to 3 weeks.
Personalized pieces may take longer.
If you need your new favorite item earlier or by a specific date, please note this in your order or contact me directly.

Shipping Times:
Germany: 1–3 business days
EU: 3–5 business days
Non-EU countries: 5–20 business days

Once dispatched, Studio TouchyTouchy has no influence over the actual shipping time or potential delays.
