RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Declaration
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the last item in your order.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form (see below), but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the goods in a substantially similar condition and quantity, including the original packaging in which you received them.
Since the packaging is an essential part of the product’s value, the goods cannot be considered returned in a "substantially similar condition and quantity" if the packaging is missing.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that returned goods are adequately packaged.
We therefore recommend keeping the packaging until you are certain you wish to keep the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the purchase price (including shipping costs, if applicable / excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer) will be refunded to your account.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is due to handling not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
