Terms & Conditions (Conditions of Sale)

1. Ordering Process

You can select products from our online shop and add them to your virtual shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
The cart can be viewed at any time by clicking the cart icon. Products can be removed or updated in quantity before checkout.

By clicking “Checkout,” you will be directed to a new page where you can either register as a new customer or proceed without creating an account. Registered customers can log in with their email and password.

On this page, you can confirm your billing and shipping address, choose your shipping method, and select your preferred payment option.

Your order summary will display all details, including the selected products and total costs. By clicking “Place Order with Obligation to Pay,” you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart.

2. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email listing your order details. This email is not an acceptance of your offer but serves to confirm that we have received your order.

The contract is concluded depending on the payment method chosen:

  • Credit Card: The contract is concluded once you complete the payment process with your payment provider.

  • PayPal: The contract is concluded once you complete the payment process with PayPal.

3. Prices & Payment Methods

All prices are in EUR, include German VAT (currently 19%), and apply as displayed on the website at the time of order.
We reserve the right to change prices with immediate effect.

Shipping costs are charged in addition to the product price and are displayed during checkout and in the order confirmation email.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Sofort Bank Transfer

  • GiroPay

  • Apple Pay

Payments are encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure data protection.

Gift Cards: Gift cards issued by TouchyTouchy Fiber Art Studio can be used as payment in our webshop but only once. Remaining balances cannot be exchanged for cash or a new gift card.

4. Shipping Policy

Germany: Flat rate of €30. Shipped via DPD/Deutsche Post. All shipments are insured and require a signature.

EU: Flat rate of €40. Shipped via DHL/FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch.

Non-EU Countries: Flat rate of €50. Shipped via DHL/FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch.

Please note: Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import fees beyond duty-free allowances. Buyers are responsible for any such charges. Studio TouchyTouchy is not responsible for customs delays. Packages cannot be marked as “gifts” for customs purposes.

Production Times:

  • Out-of-stock items are handmade and may take up to 3 weeks to produce.

  • Personalized pieces may require more time.

  • If you need your item sooner, please indicate this when ordering or contact us directly.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–5 business days

  • Non-EU countries: 5–20 business days

Once dispatched, Studio TouchyTouchy has no control over actual delivery times or possible delays.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Refund Policy)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, take possession of the last item in your order.

via a clear statement (e.g., by post or email). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • Goods must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity, including the original packaging. Packaging is considered part of the product’s value.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging of returned goods. Please keep the packaging until you decide to keep the items.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, the purchase price (including shipping, except for additional costs from choosing a delivery method other than our standard option) will be refunded using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Customers are liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

6. Storage of Contract Text

We store the contract text and send it to you via email. Registered customers may also access their order details by logging into their account on our website.

7. Statutory Warranty

All products are subject to statutory warranty rights in accordance with German law, unless otherwise provided in our General Terms and Conditions.

8. Contract Language

The contract language is German.

9. Complaints & Online Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform:

10. Consumer Arbitration

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.
